It is better to ensure the builder’s warranty for your peace of mind. Generally, builders offer a one-year warranty on some terms and conditions.

You must be aware of what your builder warranty offers and covers, plus how long will it last.

You can also ask your builder to bring some home inspectors after the completion of your house to ensure everything has been done as planned.

But you must know that a home inspector is just for informational purposes and will not be involved in any of the financial matters or matters concerning the construction process.

You have to make things clear with the builder beforehand to make sure there is no problem in the end.
